About

Art has always been a source of sustenance and discovery for me. It allows me to think differently, explore my imagination, and ground myself in the present through specific symbols and mindful works.   I bring my senses to life through dancing, drawing, painting, and writing. These activities invite images, allowing them to be realized and transformed in profound ways.   Being present, following my impulses, and listening for direction allows creative sparks to flourish. By deepening my exploration through different art forms, I find satisfaction in the creative process and connect to the heart of my inspiration.

Explore The Arts

I respectfully recognize that I live and thrive on the traditional, unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. I am dedicated to recognizing and challenging colonial perspectives and actions that hinder Indigenous self-determination. I welcome conversations and am keen to build relationships that put it into action in our everyday lives.
